Hello Andy Warhol Tribe! I am Craig B. Highberger, I made the 2004 hit documentary "Superstar in a Housedress" about my friend Warhol Superstar Jackie Curtis. I have three new DVD releases related to Warhol and the Superstars:
“Cabaret in the Sky: An Evening with Holly Woodlawn and Jackie Curtis” – my recording of the legendary opening night performance at the New York Cultural Center on May 31, 1974. Holly and Jackie at their best – this title is highly collectible, each copy is personally signed by Warhol Superstar Holly Woodlawn! (While supplies last.)
“Jackie Curtis Off-Broadway!” - includes Jackie's complete 1974 off-Broadway hit play "Glamour, Glory and Gold", PLUS six Jackie Curtis poems recorded in 1983 (including "B-Girls"!) – brief clips of these were featured in my 2004 documentary “Superstar in a Housedress”.
And in my third release there are many Warhol and Superstar stories and never-before-published photos: “Jack Mitchell: My Life is Black and White” – my award-winning, critically acclaimed documentary about the life and work of the famed photographer, which includes both the feature film, plus extra galleries of Jack’s spectacular work!
